Do you like barbecue? Of course you do.

Do you like it at the park? Would you eat it in the dark? My Name is Matt Quinn and my partner and I have recently re-purposed a camping trailer into a barbecue smoker and concession trailer. We are serving high-quality, reasonably priced barbecue, so that every man, woman, and child in the tri- state area can experience firsthand The sophisticated yet straightforward southern style barbecue that is B-Rad's speciality. Brad has managed three different BBQ restaurants and helped to open two of them. He is a true innovator when it comes to smoked meat. Pork, beef, or chicken.

Where can you find us?

We mainly target music venues, ale houses, and civic events. You can find us at Farmer Markets and Flea Markets. Occasionally, we'll turn up at protests and marches, exploiting the sentiment of the unduly oppressed and the downtrodden.
